Privacy Policy
Effective June 30, 2026
Edfable (“Edfable,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Trinity Education LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Edfable is a professional-development tool for adult early-childhood educators.
Information we collect
• Account information — your name and email when you create an account, or the basic profile your provider shares if you sign in with Google or Apple.
• Usage & practice data — your simulation attempts, choices, progress, badges, and professional-development hours, so we can show your growth and unlock content.
• Payment information — handled by our processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Email you provide — e.g., on a free guide, to send you follow-ups.
• Limited technical data — basic logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language.
Children's privacy
Edfable is intended for educators aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Any classroom story or example you submit must be de-identified— do not include a child's name or other information that could identify a specific child or family.
How we use your information
To provide and improve the service, track your progress and PD hours, process payments, send you transactional and (with your consent) occasional product emails, and keep the platform secure. We use AI services to power feedback and generate content; your inputs may be processed by those providers to deliver that feature.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run Edfable — including Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Anthropic (AI features) — under agreements that limit their use of it. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices & rights
You can access, correct, or delete your account information, and request a copy or deletion of your data, by emailing hello@edfable.com. You can unsubscribe from product emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Edfable evolves. We'll revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
