Terms of Service

Effective June 30, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Edfable, operated by Trinity Education LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Edfable, you agree to these Terms.

Who can use Edfable

You must be at least 18 years old and use Edfable for professional or educational purposes. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

What Edfable is — and isn't

Edfable provides interactive, practice-based professional-development simulations for early-childhood educators. Badges, certificates, and records are practice / professional-growth records. They are not a license, permit, certification, or legal advice, and they do not by themselves satisfy any regulatory requirement. Whether hours count toward a credential or registry depends on that body's approval. Scenarios are educational; mandated-reporting and licensing duties vary by state — follow your local law and program policy.

Your content

If you submit classroom stories, examples, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it is de-identified — containing no information that identifies a specific child or family. You grant us a license to use, de-identify, adapt, and incorporate submitted content to operate and improve Edfable (for example, turning an anonymized story into a training simulation). We may review, edit, or remove content, and we will route anything that appears to be a genuine safety or abuse disclosure away from shared content.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Edfable: no unlawful, harmful, or infringing activity; no attempts to break security or scrape content; no sharing of another person's confidential information without authorization.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cadence shown at checkout. Any free-trial period is stated at sign-up. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

Edfable, its simulations, content, and design are owned by Trinity Education LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Edfable is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinity Education LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the effective date and, for material changes, provide notice. Questions? Email hello@edfable.com.
